“At HEB everything is better! My order was wrong and it was made right! not by what they gave me, but how it was was handled! thank you for taking the time to train your staff on customer service!”
“Only outdoor seating, no sunshade or rain cover. Can’t walk up to a counter to order. Must place order on complex computer panel. This causes customer jam up. Traffic flow for order, pay and window food pickup not well planned. Sorry, had high hopes.”
